Marburg virus belongs to the same virus family, filoviridae, as the virus, which causes Ebola haemorrhagic fever. Marburg virus was first recognized in 1967 when outbreaks of haemorrhagic fever occurred in Marburg and Frankfurt in Germany and in Belgrade in the former Yugoslavia. Multiple organ failure Severe bleeding, Jaundice ,Delirium ,Seizures ,Coma and Shock are common symptoms. Nosocomial transmission via contaminated syringes and needles has been a major problem. Transmission by droplets and small-particle aerosols was observed in outbreaks among experimentally infected (Marburg) and quarantined imported monkeys. Many people were infected as a result of being exposed to African green monkeys imported from Uganda. Secondary spread of the disease is via contact with infected persons or contact with blood, secretions, or excretions of infected persons. The virus may continue to be shed in the patient's semen for up to 3-4 months after illness. One reason the viruses are so deadly is that they interfere with the immune system's ability to mount a defense. ELISA can reveal the correct diagnosis. Till today, no vaccine is available but supportive hospital therapy should be utilized including balancing the patient's fluids and electrolytes, maintaining their oxygen status and blood pressure, replacing lost blood and clotting factors and treating them for any complicating infections.Keywords

Prescription writing is one of the difficult tasks performed by the health professionals. A prescription is an instruction from prescriber to a patient as well as pharmacist. Use of proper format for prescription writing ensures appropriate use of drug and helps in minimizing errors. Health professionals must take account of appropriateness, effectiveness, side effects, contraindications and cost when prescribing any medicine. Special care and precautions are needed in prescribing the drugs with abuse potentials to avoid their misuse and to write proper prescription as per format. Every country has its own standards and regulations for prescription writing. This article presents current scenario prescription writing. It may benefit the readers, especially the budding students to ensure the correct format in prescription writing and other relevant aspects.Keywords

Spirulina stands out as a sustainable bioactive microalga with health- promoting parcels, and an important active element of natural cosmetics products. Presently, Spirulina has been incorporated in topical skin- care phrasings, similar as a moisturizing, antiwrinkles, antiaging and antiacne agent. Likewise, this microalga is used by ornamental inventors to promote healthy sunscreen protection, to treat skin achromatism conditions and to heal injuries. Utmost of marketablecosmetics claim an outsized range of Spirulina parcels, including antioxidant, revitalizing, remineralizing, moisturizing, guarding alongside sanctification and shining action, both for hair and for skin. In this review, recent ornamental operations of Spirulina are revised, by pressing its capability in perfecting skin appearance and health. Also, the analysis of the Spirulina ornamental standardis mooted. Looking at the current emergence of the beauty assiduity, numerous Spirulina extracts anddry cream/ flakes, both the starting element and final Spirulina- rested ornamental products, areavailable on the request. In this artificial field, Spirulina — substantially Spirulina platensis and Spirulinamaxes — is used either as a cream, like in the case of cheaper products, or as a phycocyanin-richblue Extract, particularly in the luxury request.
